Healthcare RN (Weekend Shift)

Registered Nurse Operating Room
Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, 8-hour days. Weekend, holiday, and on-call required.
Guaranteed Hours: 40 Weekly Contract Weeks: 13
Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
Current RN license in the state.
BLS certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
Preceptorship, charge, and leadership abilities preferred for experienced RNs.
Ability to assess patient needs, provide quality care, and recognize safety issues.
Knowledge of clinical equipment used in a safe environment.
Lethal dysrhythmia interpretation skills.
Provide direct patient care to individuals undergoing surgical procedures.
Monitor and assess patient conditions pre and post-operatively.
Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records.
Collaborate with healthcare team members to plan and implement patient care.
Educate patients and families on post-operative care and recovery.
Ensure compliance with safety and infection control protocols.
On-call response time of 30 minutes is required.
