Bilingual Warehouse Recruiter

About YQN YQN is a leading one-stop international logistics platform offering FCL, LCL, air freight, rail, trucking, customs clearance, warehousing, and more. We use internet and digital technology to make cross-border supply-chain logistics as simple and transparent as express delivery, and partner with leading carriers such as COSCO Shipping, Maersk, and Sinotrans.
What You'll Do Own full-cycle recruiting — sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer, and onboarding — across warehouse operations, logistics, and corporate roles.
Build a healthy pipeline through proactive sourcing on LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and bilingual talent communities.
Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, calibrate candidates, and keep searches moving.
Track and report on pipeline health and key hiring metrics (time-to-fill, source effectiveness, etc.).
Help refine and scale recruiting processes as the U.Represent YQN's brand to candidates in both English and Mandarin.
What You Bring Bachelor's degree, or equivalent recruiting experience.
2–4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house or agency).
Bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English (required).
Proven sourcing skills across LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels.
Logistics, supply chain, or high-volume / warehouse recruiting experience is a plus.
