Night Flex Custodian

Job Summary We're seeking a dedicated and hardworking Janitor to join our Flagship team. This position is responsible for maintaining overall cleanliness and sanitation of our client facilities, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment. Benefits Competitive hourly wage

Key Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and disinfecting various areas within assigned area

Respond promptly to spills and other cleaning emergencies to ensure safety

Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment, to prevent damage to floors and other objects

Maintain and operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently

Monitor and report any maintenance or safety issues to supervisors

Assist in special cleaning projects as needed

Qualifications & Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred

6 or more months experience in commercial facilities and building janitorial work desired

Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Completion of significant safety training required

Physical Requirements Standing, walking, sitting, use of hands, reaching, climbing stairs, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, talking or hearing, ability to stand, walk and sit for long periods, occasional lifting or moving of a minimum of 40 pounds of office and facilities equipment and trash, safe use of equipment.
