Service Greeter Position
Pay: $15 - $17 per hour based on experience

Welcome customers as they arrive at the dealership's service drive with a friendly and professional attitude.
Greet customers promptly and assist with directing them to the appropriate service advisor.
Help manage vehicle flow in the service lane to ensure an efficient check-in process.
Communicate customer arrival information to service advisors and dealership staff.
Answer basic customer questions and provide information about dealership services and amenities.
Escort customers to the waiting area and ensure they feel comfortable during their visit.
Coordinate with service, sales, and support staff to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming service drive area.
Support the service team with administrative and customer service tasks as assigned.
Promote a positive dealership image through outstanding hospitality and professionalism.
Follow all dealership safety procedures and company policies.
A friendly, outgoing personality and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.
A team-oriented approach and willingness to support coworkers when needed.
Basic computer and technology skills.
The ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions.
Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or automotive experience is a plus, but not required.
Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
