Assumes the responsibility for supervision of Cyto Prep Assistant in the absence of Cytology Supervisor,
Has education and experience equivalent to the guidelines mandated by CMS in the Clinical Lab Improvement Act (CLIA) of 1988 and NJSDH requirements, Unless grandfathered in by stipulations detailed in 42CFR493,1483,
Must hold a bachelor s degree,
Have graduated from a school of cytotechnology accredited by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation (CAHEA),
