Your first year as a therapist is the year you get to start applying everything you have learned and building the clinician you want to be. At Woven Care, we are a pediatric outpatient practice dedicated to helping children and families thrive. We have built a new grad experience around what we know matters most: engaged support, meaningful mentorship, and a team that is invested in growing together.
Onboarding is thoughtfully designed with dedicated supervision and mentorship woven in from the start, ramping your caseload and workload expectations gradually throughout your first month.
Day to day, you can expect 30-60 minute one-to-one sessions to foster strong client and caregiver relationships, two weekly patient evaluation to gain hands on assessment experience and built in documentation time so your evenings and weekends are yours to recharge. Your clinic team is readily available and happy to support you in a way that is focused on your growth and where you are on your journey. Plus, with our multidisciplinary model, you'll have opportunities to collaborate with Speech, PT, and ABA to learn from other perspectives and grow your network. that's why we've created a program that prioritizes professional growth and learning opportunities throughout your career. 250 CEU reimbursement, increasing up to $1,500 annually with tenure
~ Woven's Clinical Advancement Program, where eligible clinicians receive full funding for specialty certifications, including PTO, travel, and lodging

New grads receive a salary compensation range of $78,000-82,000/year. Plus, we have an annual productivity bonus of up to $9,000/year.
