Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

We are seeking a Parts Counter Representative to join a respected local company in Sioux Falls. This position is ideal for individuals with parts, warehouse, customer service, HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical experience who enjoy helping customers and solving problems.

What You'll Do

Assist customers, contractors, and team members in locating and ordering the correct parts.

Provide exceptional customer service and accurate product information.

Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.

Manage inventory, stock shelves, and maintain organized warehouse areas.

Receive, track, and replenish inventory as needed.

Process parts requests and support daily operations.

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and coworkers.

What We're Looking For

Previous parts counter, warehouse, inventory, or customer service experience preferred.

HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical knowledge is a plus but not required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic computer and inventory management experience is helpful.

This is a Contract position based out of Sioux Falls, SD.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
