We are immediately hiring Machine Operators for a growing manufacturing facility in the Greater St. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity offering competitive pay, training, advancement opportunities, and the potential to transition into a permanent role.
Opportunity for a $1.00 - $2.00/hour increase after successful training completion

• 2nd Shift Differential: +$0.75/hour
• 3rd Shift Differential: +$1.00/hour
• Eligible for permanent employment after completing approximately 600+ hours
• Additional wage growth opportunities available upon permanent hire

Operate and monitor packaging equipment
Keep production lines running safely and efficiently
Perform pre-shift inspections and quality checks
Maintain housekeeping and sanitation standards
Follow food safety, GMP, and quality procedures
Assist with training and supporting teammates
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Attention to detail and quality
Flexibility to work overtime when needed
Manufacturing and packaging facility
Non-air-conditioned production areas
Large production environment
Standing, lifting, stacking, and repetitive movement throughout the shift
Available Shifts
1st Shift

• 2nd Shift
• 0.75/hour shift differential

3rd Shift
~1.00/hour shift differential

8-hour shifts with overtime as needed

• Mandatory overtime may be required
• Saturday work should be expected during peak production periods
• Shift flexibility required
• Overtime may be scheduled with short notice based on business demands
