Minimum qualifications and requirements:

• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation and a clean driving record.
• Valid journeyman's license in MA, RI or preferably both.
• 1+ years of licensed electrician experience preferred.
• Proficient with standard industry tools and techniques.
• Able to read blueprints and schematic drawings.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Possess your OSHA 10 certification.

Work with customers and team to complete projects on time and within budget.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues.
Maintain and store tools and equipment properly.
Perform all work in compliance with NEC and company standards.
Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
Capability to think critically and perform problem solving.
Work safely and cooperatively with coworkers, supervisors, and outside contractors.
Ability to work with and lead an apprentice to ensure tasks are completed with quality and efficiency.
