This position is responsible for preparing and serving food and beverages—both alcoholic and non-alcoholic—while maintaining high standards of quality, cleanliness, and guest service. Operate the POS system, handle cash and credit transactions, and follow all money-handling policies.Follow all sanitation and food safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment.Support parties and special events by serving and assisting guests in the party roomPlate food orders in accordance with company presentation standards.Pour beer and alcoholic beverages, as well as serve non-alcoholic drinks, following FEG standards and all applicable safety regulations.RequirementsQualificationsMinimum age of 21 years oldPrevious bartender or food & beverage experience preferredAbility to handle money, operate a POS system, and multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Must be able to obtain a Southern Nevada Health District (SNHD) Food Handler Safety Training Card, an Alcohol Awareness (TAM) Card, and a Non-Gaming Sheriff's Work Card.Apply now to join our growing team and help us create memorable experiences in our locations.
