Edmond Hyundai is looking for a friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented Service Cashier to join our team. The Service Cashier is an important part of the customer experience and works closely with our Service Advisors, technicians, and customers to ensure a smooth and professional checkout process.

Greet customers and provide friendly, professional service

Process customer payments accurately, including cash, credit cards, and other payment methods

Handle cash drawer and payment reconciliation

Answer incoming phone calls and direct customers to the appropriate department

Assist customers with questions regarding invoices, payments, and service charges

*
Coordinate with Service Advisors to ensure customers are checked out efficiently

*
Follow dealership policies and procedures for handling customer payments and sensitive information

*
Provide exceptional customer service throughout the customer's visit

• Issue and process purchase orders for the Service Department, ensuring accuracy and proper authorization.
• Coordinate with vendors and management regarding parts, supplies, and service-related purchases.
• Previous cashier, receptionist, customer service, or automotive dealership experience preferred

Basic computer skills and ability to learn dealership software

Ability to handle confidential customer and payment information professionally
