‍⚕️ Position Overview: RN (Night Shift)

The Night Shift RN provides comprehensive nursing care, oversees clinical operations on the unit, and collaborates with the interdisciplinary team to deliver safe, effective, and person-centered care.

✅ Key Responsibilities

• Perform resident assessments and develop individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility protocols
• Monitor resident conditions and document changes accurately
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and nursing staff
• Educate residents and families about care plans and health conditions
• Supervise and support CNAs and LPNs
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and infection control policies

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Long-term care or rehabilitation experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills
• Compassionate, resident-centered mindset
• BLS/CPR required (ACLS a plus)
• New graduates encouraged to apply
