We are looking for a hands‑on Engineering Manager to lead a high‑impact team within our Growth organization. You will lead a high‑performing team focused on driving specific user acquisition, activation, or retention initiatives for our customer‑facing products. You will build scalable, reliable, and extensible systems using React, TypeScript, and AWS, while driving our shift toward “AI‑native” engineering by standardising tools like Claude Code to maximise team velocity and code quality.

Champion an “AI‑first” engineering culture within your team, integrating Claude Code and other LLM harnesses into our daily workflow to accelerate experimentation and product velocity.

Growth Engineering Strategy: Partner with product management and data teams to define the technical roadmap for your domain’s acquisition and retention goals. Ensure your team’s output is built on modern, scalable architecture using React, TypeScript, and AWS.

You are responsible for ensuring your domain’s experiments and product features meet rigorous quality benchmarks, even as we accelerate delivery with AI tools.

On‑Site Collaboration: Foster a collaborative in‑person environment in our Palo Alto office (Mon‑Wed) to build team cohesion and drive faster cross‑functional problem solving.

Management Experience: 3+ years of formal experience in engineering management leading a team of engineers.

Technical Stack: Proven expertise in full‑stack development, specifically React, TypeScript, and AWS (e.g., Demonstrated ability to leverage LLM‑integrated agents (specifically Claude Code) to improve software development lifecycle (SDLC) speed and code quality.

Proven track record of delivering customer‑facing SaaS products with a focus on metrics‑driven growth, conversion, and user experience.
