Responsibilities
As Operations Manager, you will provide oversight, coordination, supervision and logistical support to the assigned production locations. You will plan, administer and train teams, drive continuous improvement in operations, manage client and employee relationships, and ensure compliance with security, safety, and maintenance programs.
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the entertainment lighting industry.
At least 2 years of leadership experience.
Computer literacy and knowledge of facilities systems and financial management.
Strong leadership, coaching, and mentoring skills.
Ability to exercise judgment and maintain a balance of command and control.
