Position Summary The Of Counsel will work directly with the Litigation group in advising and defending employers in various workplace matters, including investigations, administrative charges, state and federal lawsuits, and other employment defense tasks.
Responsibilities Demonstrate ability to independently produce a quality work product.
Defend agency charges of discrimination, lawsuits involving a broad range of employment‑related claims, and provide advice and counseling on similar issues.
Represent employers in court, before administrative agencies, at mediations and in arbitration in a broad range of employment matters, including discrimination, contract, employment tort and non‑compete cases.
Qualifications JD from an accredited law school.
employment law experience a plus.
Excellent attention to detail, including working with document‑intensive cases.
This role is also eligible for annual bonuses. Compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
