Client/Customer Support Rep

Apex Systems, a World-Class Technology Solutions Provider, is seeking applicants for the below position on behalf of our client.Customer Service Experience

On-Site Requirement: Type: W2 contract, paid hourly.

W2 Contract Pay: $18-22/hr, negotiable based on experience, qualifications and role

Fielding inbound calls and proactively asking probing questions to offices to assist with full spectrum of inquiries.
Supporting teammates and the department on other compensation tasks and activities such as training and backup to staff. Also, assisting in the training of new hires and fielding complex inquires received via phone and email.
Providing consultation to offices and internal business partners to educate on commissions structures.
Educating and consulting with advisors and their staff on the use of technology and reporting any issues to increase efficiencies.
Outreaching to advisors proactively and on time in regard to sensitive activities - such as billing events, tax season prep, etc.
