Openwork is partnering with a local company in South Charlotte to assist with their hiring needs! We are currently hiring dependable and hardworking individuals for several long-term opportunities with potential for permanent hire. Machine Operators
Forklift Drivers
Sewers
Production Associates
Shift: 1st Shift
Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
Operating a forklift to move materials and products
Sewing and assembling products according to specifications
Performing production and assembly tasks
Packaging, labeling, and preparing products for shipment
Inspecting products for quality and accuracy
Performing general labor duties as needed
Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
Previous machine operating, forklift, sewing, or manufacturing experience is a plus, depending on the position
These are long-term opportunities with potential for permanent hire . Candidates who demonstrate excellent attendance, reliability, quality work, and a strong work ethic may have the opportunity to transition to a permanent position with the company.
