Paralegal (Management - Full Time)
Reaves Law Firm
Supports attorneys in managing all aspects of litigation cases, particularly in personal injury and tort law. Ensures seamless case progression by handling discovery, legal research, court filings, and calendar management. Acts as a key liaison between clients, courts, and attorneys to move cases forward effectively. Core Responsibilities (Rocks & Accountabilities)
Case Discovery Management
Coordinate and draft responses to discovery requests, interrogatories, and production/admission requests.
Communicate with clients to gather necessary discovery information.
Legal Document Preparation
Draft legal correspondence and case-related documents.
Summarize medical records for use in litigation.
Research & Investigation
Conduct legal and factual research to support litigation strategy.
Assist attorneys with administrative and investigative case support.
Required Skills & Attributes
Understands legal workflows, litigation process, and personal injury cases.
Self-driven with a desire to contribute to case success and client satisfaction.
Strong attention to detail, excellent time management, effective communicator, organized, and adaptable.

Specific Experience & Education Requirements for Experienced Litigation Paralegal Candidates:
College degree preferred
A paralegal certificate is a big plus but not mandatory
Specific experience in litigation and even more specifically in personal injury or tort law is preferred.
Excellent oral and written communication skills and excellent customer service skills are essential
Strong legal research skills.
Meticulous organization and attention to detail are essential
Entry Level Education for New Graduate Litigation Paralegal
College graduates who specifically studied paralegal courses and possess a paralegal degree, certificate, or formal training in paralegal studies and are looking to work in a litigation-focused role.
Excellent oral and written communication skills and excellent customer service skills are essential.

Information Management skills.
Meticulous organization and attention to detail are essential.
