Many of our top-performing Unarmed Security Agents transition into Armed Security roles after gaining experience and obtaining the required New York State licensing. We're seeking professional Unarmed Security Agents to support client locations throughout Brooklyn. Approximately 60-70% of your shift will be spent outdoors conducting foot patrols, maintaining a visible security presence, monitoring activity, and responding to incidents as they arise. Every shift presents new challenges, making this an excellent opportunity for professionals who enjoy staying engaged and making a meaningful impact.

Maintain a highly visible security presence

Enforce site policies and security procedures

Valid New York State Security Guard License

Ability to stand, walk, and work outdoors for extended periods in all weather conditions

Professional appearance with a strong customer service mindset

High School Diploma or GED

Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Ability to successfully complete all required screenings and pre-employment training
