Job Title: Cashier

Reports To: Guest Service Department Manager

We are seeking Cashiers to join our team and provide outstanding service to our customers (which we refer to as guests). Whether it’s a friendly greeting, answering questions or addressing guest concerns, you’ll handle each interaction with professionalism and care. Your willingness to help guests with what they need will make a positive impact every day.

As a Cashier, you will be at the forefront of our customer service efforts, ensuring each guest has a pleasant and efficient shopping experience. Maintain Order – Keep your register station neat and well‑stocked with necessary supplies.

Quality Standards – Ensure all quality and quantity standards are met, especially during peak times at 10 am and 5 pm.

Customer Service Skills – Ability to engage with guests and provide outstanding retail sales and service.

Retail Experience – Ability to process information and merchandise transactions and handle cash and media at registers.

Communication – Strong ability to communicate effectively with both customers and retail associate team members.

Equipment Operation – Ability to operate all equipment necessary to perform the job.

Must lift and handle boxes of merchandise and fixtures throughout the store, which entails lifting and performing all functions as set forth above.

Ability to work varied hours/days, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed.

The Cashier position is flexible, offering both part‑time and full‑time opportunities. The work schedule may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on your availability.

Weekly Pay & Premium Pay – Hourly associates are paid weekly; part‑time store associates receive a $1 premium per hour on Sundays and select holidays; full‑time store associates receive time and a half on Sundays and select holidays.
