Recruiter (hourly recruitment)

We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Onsite Recruiter to join our onsite team at in Streetsboro, OH. In this role, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for our manufacturing team—from the initial application to the candidate's first day on the floor. Experience in HR, recruitment, sales, admin work, people-related fields are welcome to apply! 24 - $25 per hour
shift: Onboarding & Compliance: Manage the post-offer process, including initiating and tracking background checks, drug screens, and new-hire paperwork.
Talent Coaching: Guide candidates through the hiring process and provide supportive coaching to ensure a smooth transition into their new roles.
