What we expect from you What We're Looking For • Strong interpersonal skills-you treat customers and coworkers respectfully. • Someone who notices the little things, like refilling supplies or stepping in when help is needed. • The ability to stand and move for most (if not all) of your shift. • Comfortable with handling weather-related tasks, like taking out trash in the rain or working the drive-thru during summer. • Able to use a headset, cash register, and restaurant equipment while following company standards and safety guidelines. • Independently owned and operated, Wendy's franchise organizations determine their own compensation, benefits and career programs which may vary from company-owned locations.
