DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The Litigation Associate will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
Conducting legal research and analysis on various litigation matters (specifically securities and complex commercial litigation) using tools such as Westlaw.
Drafting and preparing pleadings, motions, briefs, legal correspondence, discovery requests, discovery responses and other legal documents.
Developing and implementing case strategies in collaboration with senior attorneys.
Reviewing and interpreting applicable laws, rulings, and regulations.
Managing all aspects of the discovery process, including document production, interrogatories, and exhibit organization.
Maintaining client communications, provide legal advice, and offer regular updates on case progress.
Other duties, projects and assignments as required.

- Licensed and in good standing to practice law in New York; 4 - 6 years of litigation experience in a law firm setting; specifically securities and complex commercial litigation .
- Excellent legal research, analytical, writing, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in legal research and case management software.
