Validation Engineering

To support the qualification and testing of complex automation systems, the full-time remote Validation Engineer I will execute test protocols, manage validation documentation, and collaborate with senior engineers and project teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

Execute Static IQ, Dynamic IQ, and Operational Qualification (OQ) test steps under the guidance of senior validation staff

Collect, organize, and maintain validation evidence and documentation to ensure audit readiness

Participate in deviation investigations and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within validation processes

Required qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Computer Science, or a related field

0-2 years of professional experience, with internship or co-op experience in a regulated or automated systems environment preferred

Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in documentation and testing

Willingness to learn and grow within a structured validation framework

Solid written and verbal communication skills
