Registered Nurse - Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

Location: Nashville, TN

Assignment Duration: 13-week contract position.

Schedule: Shift 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM; 36 hours per week; 12-hour night shifts.

Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to ICU patients.

Perform advanced nursing procedures including insertion of central lines, arterial lines, lumbar punctures, chest tube insertions, and EVD insertions.

Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Participate in the self-scheduling process, managing shifts effectively.

Adhere to the floating policy as needed to fulfill staffing requirements.

Utilize Meditech for documentation and communication of patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Active RN license.

ACLS and BLS certification required.

Previous ICU experience is mandatory.
