Role Description This is a full‑time, on‑site Insurance Broker role based in Austin, TX. The Insurance Broker will advise clients on life insurance products, evaluate coverage needs, and recommend tailored solutions that align with each client’s financial goals. Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of clients, preparing quotes, processing applications, and coordinating with underwriters and case managers to ensure timely and accurate policy issuance. The role involves maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of carriers, products, and industry regulations, as well as documenting all client interactions in accordance with compliance standards. The Insurance Broker will also collaborate with internal digital marketing and case management teams to support lead follow‑up, improve client experience, and drive revenue growth.
Qualifications Strong expertise in Insurance Brokerage and Insurance, with experience advising clients on life insurance solutions.
Solid understanding of Finance and Retirement Planning to help clients align coverage with long‑term financial objectives.
Demonstrated Customer Service skills, including the ability to build trust, handle inquiries, and resolve issues professionally.
Active life insurance license (or eligibility to obtain one within a defined timeframe) in the relevant state(s).
Familiarity with insurance carrier platforms, underwriting processes, and compliance requirements.
Comfort working with digital tools, CRM systems, and online application platforms.
Self‑motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple client cases in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.
Previous experience in brokerage, financial services, or a related field is preferred.
