Commercial Real Estate Paralegal – Remote
Location: Remote

A leading boutique real estate law firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join its sophisticated transactional real estate practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a paralegal with strong commercial real estate and real estate finance experience who is comfortable managing transactions from due diligence through closing and post-closing.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of commercial real estate paralegal experience in a law firm, with experience handling sophisticated transactions for lenders and/or borrowers. Large law firm or comparable high-level transactional experience is strongly preferred.

Assist with commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and loan transactions.

Draft, prepare, and review closing and loan documents, including UCC financing statements.
Order and review title commitments, surveys, title exceptions, and related documentation.
Prepare title and survey objection letters and assist with resolving title and survey issues.
Coordinate transactional due diligence, including UCC, judgment and lien searches, entity documents, good standing certificates, zoning materials, and estoppels.
Coordinate document filing and recording and prepare closing binders.
5+ years of commercial real estate paralegal experience in a law firm.
Strong commercial real estate transactional and closing experience.
Experience with real estate finance and loan transactions.
Strong title and survey experience.
Large law firm or similarly sophisticated transactional experience strongly preferred.
Bachelor’s degree and/or Paralegal Certificate preferred.
This is a remote opportunity offering $80,000–$125,000, depending on experience.
