Lead projects from tender through substantial completion.

Manage budgets, schedules, and change orders.

Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants.

Conduct site meetings and maintain project documentation.

Ensure safety and regulatory compliance at all times.

Identify and resolve project risks proactively.

5+ years of construction project management experience.

Proven ability to manage multi‑million dollar projects.

Proficiency with Procore, MS Project, or similar tools.

PMP or Gold Seal certification is an asset.

Degree or diploma in construction management or a related field.
