Registered Nurse - Telemetry

Job Title: Registered Nurse - Telemetry

Shift: Day Shift Hours per Shift: 12 hours

Preferred acute care facility experience

Required Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice

Must-Have: Recent EPIC experience

Deliver coordinated nursing care for patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process. Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff. Coordinate care with other disciplines while utilizing critical thinking and professional discretion. Analyze assessment data to determine diagnoses and care issues. Implement the plan, coordinate care delivery, and employ strategies to promote health and a safe environment. Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers in providing patient care in a safe and caring environment. Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care. Delegate appropriately and coordinate duties of healthcare team members. Commit to the safety and wellbeing of all associates and patients. Receive all required vaccinations as a condition of employment and annually thereafter, where applicable.
