The Department of Emergency Medicine at Mayo Clinic in Phoenix, AZ seeks a residency-trained, ABEM/ABOEM board certified/board prepared Emergency Medicine Physician to join our growing practice. We require a dedication to clinical excellence and prefer candidates who are committed to contributing to the academic mission of the department through a national/international presence in Emergency Medicine and ongoing academic productivity. There are numerous opportunities for independent and collaborative academic research projects within Mayo Clinic and with strategic partners such as Arizona State University. The department provides biostatistical support for academic projects, and Mayo Clinic has numerous competitive intramural funding mechanisms to springboard to extramural funding.
Education, experience and tenure may be considered along with internal equity when job offers are extended.
