Being held accountable to performance standards to ensure output positively contributes to area specific KPIs (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost)

Participating in the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives

Working collaboratively with peers and internal customers

Conducting manual production operations as required

Performing daily 5s and PM of equipment and surrounding areas as required

Contributing to the culture of continuous improvement by looking for and communicating opportunities to improve performance

Proactively logging and escalating potential issues in order to minimize safety, quality, delivery issues and / or operational inefficiencies

Maintaining personal training log though MyHID

Implementing Help Desk Tickets both IT and Engineering based.

Must have a high school diploma, or equivalent

Must have flexibility to work overtime as required (including weekends) and periodically work a different shift.

Requires the ability to learn, use and maintain specialized equipment

Ability to effectively communicate in the English language verbally and in writing.

Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards, etc.
