We're seeking an experienced Lead Cook to oversee daily kitchen operations, ensure high-quality food preparation, and support a fast-paced food service environment. If you're a motivated culinary professional with leadership experience, we'd love to have you on our team.

Position: Lead Cook

Pay Rate: $36.00 per hour

Shift: 5:00 AM – 1:30 PM

Employment Type: Full-Time / Temporary / Contract

Lead and coordinate kitchen staff during food preparation and service.

Prepare meals while maintaining consistency and quality standards.

Ensure compliance with food safety, sanitation, and health regulations.

Assist with inventory, ordering, and stocking of kitchen supplies.

Train and mentor cooks and kitchen staff.

Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen environment.

Work closely with management to ensure smooth daily operations.

Previous Lead Cook, Sous Chef, or supervisory kitchen experience required.

Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen operations.

Ability to lead a team in a high-volume environment.
