First Division Consulting (FirstDiv) provides program management, acquisition, logistics, field service representative, explosive ordnance disposal, and personnel support services to Department of Defense and Federal Government Agencies. In support of Battlespace Awareness programs, the Warehouse Specialist will be responsible for executing day-to-day warehousing, inventory management, shipping, receiving, and material accountability functions in support of mission-critical systems and equipment. This position operates in a warehouse environment located aboard a military installation.
Receive, inspect, inventory, stage, package, store, and ship electronic equipment and related materials.
Maintain accountability of Government Furnished Equipment (GFE) utilizing automated inventory and bar-coding systems.
Perform inventory reconciliation and physical inventories.
Utilize inventory management software to verify stock levels and generate reports.
Develop and automate logistics reports to support inventory visibility.
Prepare materials for shipment and coordinate transportation activities.
Operate forklifts, Government vehicles, and material handling equipment.
Maintain warehouse organization and proper storage procedures.
Support material issue and recovery activities.
Maintain records associated with warehouse operations.
Perform other logistics and warehouse support duties as assigned.
High School diploma or GED.
Minimum two (2) years of warehouse experience.
Inventory management and material accountability experience.
Experience staging, packing, storing, and shipping electronic equipment.
Operation of forklifts, motor vehicles, and material handling equipment.
Use of computer-based inventory and bar-coding systems.
Proficiency with automated inventory management and logistics software tools.
Ability to generate accurate reports and automate logistics reporting.
Must possess and maintain an active DoD Secret Security Clearance.
Position is located aboard a military installation in a warehouse environment. Occasional operation of forklifts, Government vehicles, and material handling equipment is required. Medical, dental, vision, life insurance, STD, LTD, holidays, PTO and 401(k) plan with company match.
