Job Title: Structural Engineer

Join a collaborative engineering team designing steel structures for large-scale industrial and mining projects. You'll work on challenging structural designs, global projects, and have the opportunity to grow into technical leadership roles.

Design and analyze steel structures and industrial equipment support systems

Perform structural calculations using RISA/RISA-3D

Create and review structural drawings and CAD models

Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams

Support design reviews, problem solving, and project execution

Mentor junior engineers and contribute to project success

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering

Experience designing steel structures

Proficiency with RISA/RISA-3D and CAD software

Strong understanding of structural analysis and engineering codes

Mining or industrial project experience is a plus, but not required

Work on large, complex industrial projects with global impact

Small, tight-knit engineering team with strong mentorship

Hybrid schedule available after onboarding (WFH Mondays & Fridays)

Minimal travel and excellent growth opportunities

This role is ideal for a Structural Engineer who enjoys hands-on design work, solving complex engineering challenges, and collaborating on projects from concept through completion.

This is a Permanent position based out of Denver, CO.
