Hospital RN - Night Shift

Registered Nurse – Telemetry
Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:00)
Travel required. Patient ratio of 1:6. Float required to units of equal acuity.
Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse license
• 2 years of experience preferred
• Telemetry experience preferred
• Experience with Epic EMR system
• Travel experience preferred

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care in a telemetry setting
Monitor and assess patient conditions
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Collaborate with healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Document patient progress and care in the electronic medical record
Educate patients and families on health management and care plans
