About the Position
AlliedTravelCareers is working with United Health Care Staffing to find a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) in Richmond, California, 94803!
Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
Provide therapeutic exercises and mobility training to improve strength, balance, and coordination
Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed
Educate patients and families on exercises, mobility techniques, and injury prevention
Supervise and collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs)
Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with facility and regulatory guidelines
Work closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care

Requirements

Active California Physical Therapist (PT) license
Experience in Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or rehabilitation setting preferred
Current BLS/CPR certification
Strong communication, clinical, and teamwork skills
