About This Role As a Specialty Infusion Field Nurse at Accredo Specialty Pharmacy, you will deliver life-changing care to patients in their homes, ensuring safe administration of specialty medications while collaborating with care teams to promote holistic patient well-being.
Brand/Division: Accredo
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week, including evenings and weekends as needed
Partner with pharmacists and care teams to ensure holistic patient well-being.
Document assessments, treatments, and progress to maintain accurate patient records.
Serve as the primary point of contact for patient updates and care coordination.
Active RN license in the state of practice
Experience: At least 1 year in critical care, acute care, or home healthcare
Preferred: 2+ years of RN experience in a hospital or home health setting
Valid driver's license and ability to travel within a large geographic region
