Human Resources Recruiter-Remote Temp

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting, with the ability to build and maintain a network of active and passive candidates. This role requires the capability to screen and assess candidates effectively, ensuring they meet job fit requirements and align with hiring manager preferences.

Build and maintain a network of active and passive candidates.

Drive and assess the health of pipeline volume and velocity.

Execute sourcing and performance goals as outlined by the team.

Adhere to internal company processes and SLAs related to all aspects of recruiting.

Manage all job postings and ensure positions are current and active in recruiting systems.

Drive consistent messaging to protect data integrity and reporting.

5+ years of experience in recruiting, specifically in sourcing.

• Proficiency in using an applicant tracking system (ATS) for sourcing, tracking, and managing candidates.
• Experience in building candidate sourcing pipelines.
• High volume non-technical recruiting experience.
• Full cycle recruiting expertise.

Data-driven approach to recruiting.

Ability to manage and prioritize multiple searches, projects, and client relationships.

This position is 100% remote, providing flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your home.

This is a Contract position based out of Arlington, VA.

The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $57.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
