Ideal Eye is seeking a full-time floating Optometrist to support established practices across North Austin, Texas. This flexible opportunity is a great fit for someone who enjoys variety, values patient-centered care, and wants to make a meaningful impact in multiple communities. Ideal Eye is a well-known, multi-location practice with 11 locations across the Greater Austin area. The team is committed to delivering an exceptional eye care experience from the moment each patient enters the office, offering comprehensive eye exams, specialty contact lenses, and diagnosis and treatment for ocular disease in a welcoming environment.

As a floating Optometrist, you'll provide full-scope optometric care to patients of all ages and support five Ideal Eye practices: Hewitt Vision in Hewitt, Belton Vision in Belton, Wildflower in Temple, Killeen Vision in Killeen, and Cove Vision in Copperas Cove. You'll perform comprehensive eye exams, care for patients with diverse visual and medical needs, educate patients about their ocular health, recommend vision-enhancing products, and help ensure a consistent, high-quality patient experience across five locations. This role may include Monday through Friday shifts of up to eight hours and Saturday shifts of up to six hours, with up to 40 total hours weekly depending on location needs.
