Compensation and Benefits
Annual base salary of $34,947 with full benefits package.
Official transcripts required prior to employment.
Recommended candidate will be subject to pre‑employment screenings.

Qualifications
Education: Basic literacy skills, including reading and writing.
Experience: Six (6) months experience in housekeeping preferred.
Work Schedule: Wednesday through Sunday.
Responsibilities
Disinfecting
Sweeping
Mopping
Dusting (furniture and chalk boards)
Stripping, buffing, waxing, and sealing floors
Shampooing carpets
Window washing
Receives and carries out work orders, completing any associated paperwork
Helps supervisor train new employees in housekeeping procedures
Maintains outside grounds including sweeping and snow shoveling/blowing sidewalks and driveways
Moves and straightens up furniture for cleaning and set‑up for events
Resupplies soap, toilet paper, paper towels and other regularly used bathroom supplies
Empties trash receptacles and replaces bags
Maintains cleaning equipment and cleaning supplies
Fulfills special cleaning requests
Performs other job‑related duties as assigned by supervisor
