Job Description & Requirements BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Full‑Time Registered Nurse (RN) to join our home health visit team in Norwood, Massachusetts. The role involves providing skilled nursing and rehabilitative care to clients so they can remain at home. The territory includes Sharon, Canton, Norwood, Westwood, Dedham, and Dover.
Responsibilities Perform head‑to‑toe assessment skills to identify subtle changes in patient condition.
Utilize experience with acute and post‑acute care (e.g., CHF, COPD, wound care, IV therapy, post‑surgical care).
Triage and manage urgent clinical situations independently in the home setting.
Perform medication reconciliation, teaching, and safety monitoring.
Conduct comprehensive wound assessment, care, and documentation.
Make real‑time clinical decisions without immediate on‑site support, escalating concerns when needed.
Manage a dynamic visit schedule and prioritize urgent visits efficiently.
Maintain accurate point‑of‑care documentation and utilize technology effectively.
Provide care in varied home environments with cultural sensitivity and respect for patient autonomy.
Qualifications Current nursing license in good standing in the state of Massachusetts.
Graduated from an accredited and approved nursing program, evidenced by transcript or diploma.
At least one year of recent hands‑on medical experience within the past two years with the adult/geriatric population in acute care, emergency department, home health, hospice, ICU, medical‑surgical, sub‑acute care, or rehab units.
Compensation & Schedule Weekly base pay ranging from $60.00 to $68.00 per point, with flexible scheduling and a weekly pay schedule. Sign‑on bonus of $10,000.00. Competitive pay ranges encourage recognition and rewards for high performance.
