Type: Contract (2 weeks - 4 weeks)

Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 7am-5pm

Our client is seeking a polished and organized Receptionist to act as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, providing professional and courteous service while performing a variety of administrative tasks to support the daily operations of the organization. Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls

Maintain a tidy and organized reception area

Assist with data entry, filing, copying, and other administrative tasks

Monitor and order office supplies as needed

Assist other departments with clerical support when required

1-2+ years of front desk experience in a corporate office environment

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
