Trilogy Health Services - - Responsibilities: Assist with housekeeping and laundry services including trash removal and changing unoccupied beds; Provide assistance with activities of daily living including hygiene care, incontinence care, bathing and grooming; Assist with meal service, including transportation to dining room, tray delivery, and dining experience quality; Answer residents' call lights promptly and check on residents who cannot call for help; Assist clinical staff to enhance resident comfort and personal care per guidelines
