This role will play a key part in launching and scaling operations at our new, state of the art facility in Pendergrass, GA, while partnering closely with our established teams to learn from and apply best practices across our distribution network.The Job at a GlanceAs a Fulfillment Center Specialist at our 538,450 square foot, state-of-the-art fulfillment center you will work within our fast-paced, distribution environment. Our goal in the warehouse is to pick, pack and ship the right parts fast for our valued customers – which is our reason for existing. Operate an Order Picker to pick, pack, put away, receive, and load our parts while maintaining a positive team environment.Use an RF scanner to pick and put away parts in the correct locations within the warehouse.Work with our warehouse team to complete daily orders, and your performance will be measured by the quantity and accuracy of parts you process daily.Walking a few miles a day, bending down, reaching overhead and lifting/carrying boxes is no issue for youYou are a computer nerd – using smart phone or operating the handheld scanner makes it even more funYou are reliable and enthusiastic team player who is always eager to help out when neededYou take pride in your accuracy and speed to get the job done rightYou thrive in a fast-paced environmentPrevious forklift experience requiredYou possess the ability to move around for long periods of time and consistently lift up to 40lbs unassistedYou have great communication skills & you're proficient in English (verbal and written)You can work an 8 hour shift between the hours of 8:00 AM - 8:30 PM (EST)You can work Monday - Friday and occasional weekends as neededAbout Your Future TeamIf you enjoy stuffy office life and sitting down all day, this is not the job for you! The annual salary range for this role is based on including but not limited to qualifications, experience, equipment, and geographical location. Encompass is a pay for performance-company. In addition to base pay, some roles offer a bonus depending on the role.
