General Maintenance and Repair Tech (Full Time)

This is a full-time position and on-site.

As a CBRE Technician, you will perform repairs and tend to a single building or campus - focusing primarily on facilities components such as minor plumbing, electrical, HVAC maintenance.

They are responsible for providing support, preventive maintenance, and repairs on equipment and systems.

**Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.

• Conduct routine maintenance inspections, diagnose potential problems, and make repairs.
• Assist with the installation and modification of building equipment and systems.
• Support energy management by ensuring all building systems are operating efficiently.
• Inspect existing installations for compliance with building codes and safety regulations.
• Deliver own output by following defined procedures and processes under close supervision and guidance.

**High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma with 1-2 years of job-related experience. Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work.

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
