Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Once onboarded, you'll work alongside a dedicated Care Advisor team focused on finding you the right matches based on location, client needs, and your availability. The best professionals on our platform build consistent schedules, stay engaged through the app, and communicate proactively with their Care Advisors.

We're currently hiring Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to provide skilled nursing care across a variety of settings. New graduates are welcome!

Provide care within your scope of practice including preparation, implementation, and evaluation of patient care plans

Collect, record, and monitor patient data, routine measurements, and vital signs

Administer immunizations and therapeutic injections as ordered by providers

Ensure patient privacy, dignity, and well-being in a safe and secure environment

Document all care tasks accurately in the CareLinx mobile app during each shift

Submit timesheets on time through the CareLinx app

Communicate with your Care Advisor regarding any case updates or changes in patient condition

Active LVN nursing license/certification

Minimum 2 months of nursing experience

Proof of COVID vaccination including first booster

Access to a smartphone capable of running the CareLinx app (required for scheduling, documentation, and timesheets)

Ability to communicate in English (bilingual caregivers strongly encouraged to apply)

Reliable transportation to and from agreed upon shifts

Medical clearance such as TB test or physical exam

Additional documentation may be required based on state law or client contract

Some training requirements may be needed prior to accepting shifts

Reliable when you commit to a shift, you show up on time, every time

Committed to the member you show up ready to help them get through their day safely and comfortably, within your defined scope of care

Tech-comfortable confident using a smartphone app for scheduling, documentation, and timesheets
