Emergency Room Graduate Nurse

Responsibilities

The Registered Nurse leads the healthcare team by establishing personalized relationships with patients and their support systems, collaborating with physicians and team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans that promote optimal health or support peaceful end-of-life experiences. They utilize evidence-based practices and compassion to guide patients through their health journey, assuming responsibility, authority, and accountability for care management in accordance with current policies and procedures.

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred; graduation from an accredited nursing school required. RN license must be active; if inactive for five years or more without recent licensure elsewhere, a Board-approved refresher course is needed prior to reinstatement, to be applied for within one year of course completion.

Experience: One year of relevant experience preferred.

Licensure: Current RN licensure in the appropriate state is required.
