The Company is seeking a VP, Head of GTM Operations to lead the development and management of the go-to-market engine. This role is pivotal in setting the infrastructure and strategy for the organization's revenue operations, with a strong focus on client health scoring, ICP-fit scoring models, deal-level pipeline attribution, and demand generation. Candidates for this role should have a minimum of 7 years' experience in revenue, go-to-market, or sales operations, with a proven track record of progression and ownership. Experience in B2B fintech, financial services, or a services-and-software business is a plus. The role demands a decisive team leader who can partner with the executive team, set the standard for data hygiene and lead change management in the go-to-market organization.
