Job DescriptionGraphic Designer(# Job Number: 2600004J)We are seeking a **Graphic Designer** to join our in-house creative team. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role focused on producing high-quality digital and marketing assets across multiple channels, including email, web, social media, digital advertising, and in-store visuals. * Create, prepare, and optimize email designs for deployment through our email platform* Support seasonal and promotional campaigns (back-to-school, holiday, etc.)* Develop layouts and creative concepts based on briefs and business requirements* Collaborate closely with marketing, ecommerce, and cross-functional partners to ensure brand consistency* Incorporate feedback efficiently while maintaining quality and attention to detail* Produce light animation or motion graphics (e.g., GIFs) as needed* Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a lean, fast-paced environment* Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices to continually elevate creative output* High-visibility work with impact across the entire organization* Exposure to a wide variety of creative projects and campaigns* A collaborative, business-minded creative culture* Opportunities to grow skills across digital channels* A pragmatic environment where good design and efficiency are equally valued**Required Skills & Experience** * Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field (preferred)* 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer or Digital Designer* Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)* Experience designing digital-first creative (email, web, social, digital ads)* Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality* Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills* Comfortable receiving and applying feedback in a collaborative environment* Experience with Figma* Basic motion graphics or animation (After Effects)* Familiarity with email platforms such as Listrak* Retail, ecommerce, or consumer brand experience* Basic awareness of HTML (no coding required)* Experience using AI-powered tools to improve design efficiency and production
