Position Overview We are seeking a licensed Journeyman Plumber to join our growing team. In this role, you will work independently on a wide range of residential and commercial plumbing projects, supervise apprentices, and deliver the high-quality service our customers depend on. Key Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, drains, sewers, water heaters, and gas lines

Diagnose plumbing issues and execute effective, code-compliant solutions

Work independently on residential and commercial job sites with minimal supervision

Supervise and guide apprentice plumbers on assigned projects

Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal plumbing codes and safety standards

Communicate clearly with customers and provide upfront pricing estimates

Respond to emergency service calls as needed, including evenings and weekends

Maintain accurate job records including work performed, parts used, and time on site

Coordinate with dispatchers and Master Plumbers to ensure timely project completion

Qualifications Active Journeyman Plumber license in the state of employment (required)

Minimum 3–5 years of plumbing experience, including completion of a recognized apprenticeship program

Solid knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems

Ability to read blueprints and technical documents

Strong customer communication and problem-solving skills

Hourly equivalent: $Overtime and emergency call pay available (1.5x–2x standard rate)
